In providing a forum for capturing this data, ArvinMeritor continues to show support for the initiatives of our OEM customers by helping increase business opportunities with minority suppliers. "We appreciate your active support in achieving our important diversity objectives, both by increasing your business with minority companies and by keeping this website up-to-date with accurate information." Within the site, you will be asked to show all minority vendors that you do business with, including their name, address, phone number, minority designation, certifying regional council and certification number. In addition to this, you will be asked to report your company by using a pre-assigned identification code as shown below. Once the registration process is complete and your information has been verified, you will be notified by e-mail that you have been granted access to this site. By navigating through the site, you will note that you can add and modify suppliers, and add, modify and review purchases. Purchases with these suppliers must be reported on a monthly basis. Only the previous month expenditure data will be accepted. You will have until the 20th day of the reporting month to provide this information. For example, if you are reporting expenditures for the month of January, you can do so until February 20th. Periodic audits will be conducted to verify compliance of required data.
