Segment : BSN - Beginning Segment for ASN
Mandatory/Optional: Mandatory
Purpose : To transmit identifying numbers, dates, and other basic data relating to the transaction set.
Level : Heading
Max Usage/Loops : 1/None
General Info : Date and Time are the local date and time the ASN was created.
